The terms and conditions are as following:

Order and confirmation

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

When the products are packed and shipped from our warehouse, the receipt will follow immediately.

 

We recommend that you save the order confirmation and invoice for future reference for future inquiries.

Sold out

Our system is updated daily and sold out products will rarely occur.

Should it have happened that a product has been sold out since the last update, you will receive an e-mail about this.

Since the payment is withdrawn from your bank account only after the products have been dispatched from our warehouse, there is no risk of any payment being withdrawn from your credit card.

 

Sold out products will not be sent when they are in stock again, and you must therefore order them again manually.

 

ATTENTION!

All brand products sold on our website are original products.

Payment

When using credit cards the payment will be withdrawn the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

There can never be charged more than the amount you have approved and which appears on the order confirmation.

 

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa.
  • Visa Electron.
  • MasterCard.
  • Maestro.

 

Reservations

We take reservations for typos, price changes and out of stock products.

 

The condition of the product, when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount returned, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount
if you regret your purchase, you will have the amount you have paid us back. In the event of impairment, as you are liable to be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have since been supplied evidence of having returned it.

Personal data on purchase
For that you can trade with Beprime, we need the following information:

E-mail address
The registration of your personal data is for the purpose that we can deliver the goods / products to you.

Personal information is registered with Primetime Denmark A/S and the information is stored there.

When collected personal data through our website, we ensure that the collection always happens when submitting your express consent, so you are always informed of exactly what information we collect and why.

Customer Service & accounting department for Primetime Denmark A / S as well as the director of the company has access to your data that has been collected about you.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted.

Registered personal data that have been submitted at Beprime is not sold or distributed in any way to third parties, and further we do not record sensitive personal data.

By being registered with Primetime Denmark A / S, you always have the right to object to your registration. You always have the right to inspect the information registered about yourself. These rights are available for the Privacy Act and for information in connection with this are to happen by contacting: info@beprime.dk.

All credit card information is encrypted. In addition, we do not store your credit card information. If you have entered your email address or your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you via email or SMS with information about your order. ATTENTION! You accept our privacy policy, by using our website and therefore also our use of cookies.
 

Competition Terms
it is only allowed to participate in the competition once per drawing. To enter the competition it is not a requirement that you purchase something. You are in the draw for the prizes if you have met the competition requirements either by email or on Facebook. Beprime reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw on suspicion of cheating.
If you win
the winners will be notified by E-mail, and names will be published on Facebook. By entering the competition you agree simultaneously to this publication. The winners will receive their prize within about 14 days. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Other
if you participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide all your personal information listed by the competition so we can send you the prizes if you win. We are not responsible for any errors in the personal information specified. We reserve the right to change the prizes in a competition or completely cancel the competition. It is not allowed by employees of Beprime or members of their households to participate in the competition. Appeals
